PURPOSE: Polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer is provided to give excellent low temperature impact strength with maintenance of high transparency and low haze, and to have an excellent physical property balance with high reaction participating rate.;CONSTITUTION: Polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer contains polysiloxane unit represented by chemical formula 1 shown below. In chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, R^3, and R^4 are independently substituted or non-substituted C1-C10 alkyl group, substituted or non-substituted C6-C18 aryl group, C1-C10 alkyl group substituted with halogen or C1-C10 alkoxyl group, and C6-C18 aryl group substituted with halogen or C1-C10 alkoxy group, respectively.
