PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a positive active material is provided to manufacture a LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 positive active material with improved surface area and high voltage performance by using an electrospinning method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 positive active material comprises a step of preparing a solution including a precursor of the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 positive active material; a step of electrospinning the solution and drying the solution to manufacture nanofiber; and a step of heat-treating the dried nanofiber. The heat-treatment step consists of a first heat treatment at 450-550 C and a second heat treatment at 600-900 C and is conducted under an oxygen atmosphere.
