PURPOSE: A cutting burr removing device and a cutting burr removing method are provided to conveniently remove cutting burrs formed on both end portions of a rear plate in either the upper side of the rear plate or the lower side of the plate.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting burr removing device includes a removing unit (50) and a control unit (80). The removing unit removes cutting burrs formed on both end portions of a rear plate in either the upper side of the rear plate or the lower side of the plate. The control unit controls the operation of the removing unit.
