PURPOSE: A unified area advertisement service system is provided to service an area advertisement of an around business place or a store to clients and to reduce carbon dioxide generation amount while a surrounding environment is improved. CONSTITUTION: An area advertisement of an around store business place or an announcement list around an entrance of a building which is located on the different area is expressed in a smart board. A main server of an integrated data center (IDC) confirms identifying information of the media board which is connected by a network is formed when the media board is driven. The main server of the IDC transmits an area advertisement list of a corresponding area and event information and makes the smart board service an area advertisement.
