PURPOSE: A composition for enhancing saccharification efficiency of biomass, a method for enhancing saccharification efficiency of biomass, and a method for mass-producing bioethanol from biomass use a chaperone protein in a saccharification process including cellulose to improve saccharification efficiency, and thereby showing increase in saccharification efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing saccharification efficiency of biomass includes a chaperone protein and a diastatic enzyme or a composition for the diastatic enzyme as an active ingredient. A method for enhancing saccharification efficiency of biomass comprises the step of treating the chaperone protein the diastatic enzyme or the composition for the diastatic enzyme together in the biomass. A method for mass-producing bioethanol from biomass comprises the steps of: 1) saccharifying the biomass by treating the chaperone protein the diastatic enzyme or the composition for the diastatic enzyme together in the biomass; and 2) manufacturing ethanol by alcohol fermentation of the monosaccharide generated by the saccharification of the step 1).
