PURPOSE: A bio plastic composition is provided to be able to solve the material property degradation generated due to the compatibility problem between resin components and to have excellent biodegradation, flexibility and mechanical properties.;CONSTITUTION: A bio plastic composition comprises a blend resin in which polylactic acid resin and polyhydroxy alkanoate resin are blended. The polylactic acid resin includes L-polylactic acid resin and D-polylactic acid resin. The polyhydroxy alkanoate resin is represented by Chemical formula 1, wherein R1 is hydrogen, or substituted or non-substituted C1-15 alkyl, and n is an integer of 1 or 2.
