PURPOSE: A flow rate controlling device for a supersonic speed wind tunnel test and a wind tunnel testing device with the same are provided to enable the sliding movement of first and second bodies by driving a servo motor and to prevent damage caused by excessively driving the servo motor as the driving of the servo motor is controlled by a stopper.;CONSTITUTION: A flow rate controlling device for a supersonic speed wind tunnel test includes first and second housing units, a servo motor (312), and a ball screw (304). The first and second housing units are received inside a wind tunnel testing model. The first and second housing units include spaces receiving fluid and relatively moved in one direction, thereby being joined to make the space enlarged or reduced. The servo motor is mounted on the first housing unit and controls the movement of the second housing unit. The ball screw is fixed inside the second housing unit.
