PURPOSE: A liquid crystal lens panel and a display device including the same are provided to improve the display quality of a three-dimensional image.;CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a display panel (100) and a liquid crystal lens panel (200). The display panel and the lens panel are bonded by using a bonding member in which light passes through. The display panel displays images on a display area (140). An array circuit board (110) includes a facing circuit board (120) and a first liquid crystal layer (130).
