PURPOSE: An oil cooling system and an oil cooling method thereof are provided to perform inspection and informing functions about the stability of a refrigerant cycle by controlling an emergency signal part to generate an emergency signal when a ratio between refrigerants is out of a predetermined stable ratio range.;CONSTITUTION: An oil cooling system comprises a condenser, an evaporator, an electronic expansion valve, a compressor, first and second refrigerant temperature sensors, and a control unit. The electronic expansion valve is installed between the condenser the electronic expansion valve to lower the pressure of refrigerant and control the flow rate of the refrigerant transmitted to the evaporator.
