The present invention relates to a production method of nutritious acorn jelly, and the nutritious acorn jelly obtained by the method. The nutritious acorn jelly is obtained by adding nuts, Lentinus edode, and bell pepper powder as secondary products to acorn powder, producing the jelly using the mixture, and naturally drying the jelly for 36-52 hours to maintain the flavor and taste of the acorn jelly and supply additional nutrients to users. The nutritious acorn jelly is suitable for the preference of the users, has high availability as a nutritious meal or snacks, has improved long term storage properties to extend the expiration date, and enables the users to easily eat the jelly while storing in a refrigerator.
