The present invention relates to a comprehensive web-based environmental impact analysis system for reducing greenhouse gases and life cycle cost of a building, comprising: a user terminal which provides the base information of a building on which the environmental impact is to be analyzed, and condition information for environmental impact assessment; an environment image analyzing server which calculates an amount of greenhouse gases and life cycle cost generated in a corresponding building on the basis of the base information of the building and the condition information provided by the user terminal, numerically computes the structural stability of structures in the building, generates an environmental impact analysis report file of the building for reduction of the greenhouse gas and the life cycle cost on the basis of the calculated greenhouse gas amount, life cycle cost, and structural stability, and provides the generated report file to the user terminal; and a database unit which stores base data for analysis of the greenhouse gas amount, the life cycle cost, and the structural stability.
