PURPOSE: A graphic haptic electronic board for transferring visual image information to visually impaired people and a method thereof are provided to control the pin of tiny ultrasonic linear actuator. CONSTITUTION: Image data is input into an image input unit(130). A computer or an embedded system(170) is input general visual information or generates date for being changed into haptic information. A haptic electronic board(330) is input general visual information and receives date to be changed into haptic information. The data includes contour information from which the noise of an image is removed. The haptic electronic board provides haptic information to the blind.
