PRINTED PASTE FOR A MICROORGANISM TYPE TTI, A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND THE MICROORGANISM TYPE TTI INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Printed paste for a microorganism type TTI, a manufacturing method thereof, and the microorganism type TTI including the same are provided to mass produce lactobacillus, and to enhance visibility and dry ability.;CONSTITUTION: Printed paste for a microorganism type TTI contains lactobacillus micro-stereotaxic particles which are fixed to 1.5 - 2.5%(w/v) of sodium alginate. Based on the amount of the paste, the amount of the lactobacillus microstereotaxic particles is 10%(w/v). The printed paste additionally includes a mixed indicator solution, glycerol, a nutrient component, pulluran, cryoprotectant, and low temperature cryostabilizer.
