PURPOSE: A method for concentrating and recovering precious metal from PCBs(Printed Circuit Boards) of waste cellular phones and catalysts of disused cars by using a nonmetal waste slag is provided to increase the amount of alloy phase without adding a collecting metal by using a nonmetal waste slag and metal components in the PCBs of wasted cellular phones as collecting metal and using plastic components in the PCBs as a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for concentrating and recovering precious metal from PCBs of waste cellular phones and catalysts of disused cars comprises the following steps. A crushing nonmetal waste slag and the catalysts of disused cars, evenly mixing 5-40 wt% of quick lime into 100 wt% of the nonmetal waste slag with solvent, melting the mixture in an electric furnace at 1300-1450C for 10-20 minutes, putting PCBs of wasted cellular phones and catalysts of disused cars in molten metal and melting the mixture, and maintaining the melting period for a predetermined time to separate the alloy phase including the precious metal and a slag phase with no precious metals.
