PURPOSE: A triode cold cathode electron source for X-ray generation is provided to effectively emit electronic beams.;CONSTITUTION: Multiple carbon nanotube tips(111) and a support stand(121) are formed on a cathode substrate(110). A support substrate(120) has a supporting hole and a first fixing hole. The support substrate supports multiple carbon nanotube tips. A gate board(130) is arranged with an interval from the carbon nanotube. The gate hole and second fixing hole are formed on the gate board. The gate hole corresponds to multiple protruded carbon nanotube tips. The support stand is connected to the second fixing hole of the gate board.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
