PURPOSE: A purifying method of explosive-polluted soil using a basic hydrolysis agent is provided to improve treatment efficiency per volume of reactor as the effective treatment is possible with a solid-liquid ratio 1:1; to reduce explosive treatment time when compared to a previous process; to eliminate the need of extra equipment for agitating the soil and water; and to generate no secondary products by decomposing explosives completely using a hydrolysis agent such as lime which is easily discovered in the nature. CONSTITUTION: A purifying method of explosive-polluted soil comprises following steps; an input step for producing a basic hydrolysis agent with a pH1 of 0.5-11 and supplying the agent to explosive-polluted soil with a controlled polluted soil-to-basic hydrolysis agent weight ratio of 1:1-2; an absorption releasing step for applying ultrasonic waves ranging 15-70 kHz in order to enable absorption release of explosive material adhered to the polluted soil; a reaction step for decomposing the explosive material with the basic hydrolysis agent; and a separation and recycle step for separating the purified soil and the basic hydrolysis liquid and supplying the separated basic hydrolysis agent to the input step above.
