PURPOSE: An effective fire judgment system is provided to judge an effective fire state and estimate a starting time for the effective fire as trigger signals are generated by the differences in voltage values in the charge and discharge based on its pre-set critical values.;CONSTITUTION: An effective fire judgment system(10) comprises a sensor unit(100), a trigger signal generating unit(200), and an effective fire judgment unit(300). The sensor unit measures the impact caused by firing a cannon, thereby outputting electrical signals which corresponds to the impact.
