PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mesoporous silica micro-beads is provided to improve environmentally-friendly characteristic by hardly using surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mesoporous silica micro-beads includes the following: silica sol, in which silica colloidal particles are dispersed, is synthesized; the synthesized silica sol is concentrated; nonsurfactant with hydrogen binding groups as a pore forming agent is added into the concentrated silica sol to synthesize silica nano-particle-nonsurfactant nano-composite sol; the silica nano-particle-nonsurfactant nano-composite as a precursor is added into an organic solvent, in which oil-phased surfactant; a resultant solution is stirred at high speed to synthesize a silica nano-particle-nonsurfactant nano-composite emulsion; and the silica nano-particle-nonsurfactant nano-composite emulsion is plasticized to prepare mesoporous silica-beads.
