PURPOSE: A weighing type precipitation measuring device is provided to reduce measurement error by measuring precipitation by weighing and to improve drainage reliability by not using a valve. CONSTITUTION: A weighing type precipitation measuring device comprises an outer container(10) which has a rain collecting mouth(11), a can type tapered water collection part which has an upper part with a larger diameter than the lower part; a rotating reservoir(30) which is rotatably supported by a reservoir support(31) and stores rainfall; a drain tank(50) with a drain pipe(51) on the floor thereof; a weighing part(60) measuring the weight of the rainfall stored in the rotating reservoir by measuring the weight change; and a controller(70) which converts the weight of the rainfall precipitation and operates a motor, which rotates the rotating reservoir, according to a set drain condition.
