PURPOSE: A glass foreign matter removing apparatus for protecting an object lens for a tunnel and underground facility precision measurement is provided to rapidly remove a foreign matter frequently generated in a tunnel and an underground facility. CONSTITUTION: A portable air conditioner(50) generates dry air and supplies through an air supply pipe. An air intake hole(60) is located in the lower inside of a glass access panel part for protection and inhales dry air sprayed with high pressure through an air spray nozzle. An air discharge pipe(70) is connected to an air intake hole and delivers inhaled dry air to an intake pump. An intake pump(80) discharges dry air inhaled through an air discharge pipe to the outside. A moisture control module(90) is connected to a solenoid valve, a portable air conditioner part, and an intake pump. The moisture control module controls the overall operation of each part and controls an output by separating the strength of dry air by step according to the control signal of a wireless remote controller. A wireless remote controller is connected to a moisture control module and a Zigbee communication network. The wireless remote controller comprises multiple keys setting the on/off signal of a moisture control module and the step strength signal of dry air.
