PURPOSE: A composition containing an agent for measuring expression level of PGK protein is provided to diagnose radiation exposure and exposure degree. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing radiation exposure contains an agent for measuring expression level of PGK(phosphoglycerate kinase). The agent is an antibody which specifically binds to PGK protein. The agent is a primer or probe which specifically binds to a gene encoding PGK protein. A kit for diagnosing radiation exposure contains the agent for measuring expression level PGK protein. A method for diagnosing radiation exposure comprises: a step of measuring PGK protein expression level in a sample from a patient; and a step of comparing the expression level with a normal group.
