PURPOSE: A producing method of functional fermented soybean paste products, and the functional fermented soybean paste products are provided to use powder of green vegetables, fruit vegetables, grain, mushroom, bulbous plants, and seeds for offering functionality to the products. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional fermented soybean paste products comprises the following steps: drying more than one ingredient selected from green vegetables, fruit vegetables, grain, mushroom, bulbous plants, and seeds; crushing the dried ingredients; coating the crushed ingredients with flavor, and secondly crushing; preparing extracts using the obtained powder; and producing functional fermented soybean paste using the extracts.
