PURPOSE: A scenario similarity analysis system is provided to prevent similarity argument in advance by reviewing a story based on a description analysis result for an existing story.;CONSTITUTION: A question and answer DB(DataBase)(110) stores questions and answers for determining scenario similarity. A scenario database(120) stores responses for the questions and the answers for an opened scenario. A display unit(130) outputs the questions and answers stored in the question and answer DB. A weighted value setting unit(150) sets a weighted value for the questions and the answers stored in the question and answer DB.
