PURPOSE: A radar scan type recognition method using feature factors is provided to recognize radar scan types by using pulse amplitude information in accordance with pulse arrival time of detected radar signals.;CONSTITUTION: Pulse amplitude information is generated according to pulse arrival time to classify received or measured radar signals into scan types, and feature factors R1, R2, and R3, representing signal concentration in time domain are calculated(S110). The R1 and a corresponding threshold value are compared(S121), the R2 and a corresponding threshold value are compared(S122), and the R3 and a corresponding threshold value are compared(S123).
