摘要

PURPOSE: A rotor structure of a magnetic flux concentration type motor is provided to prevent separation of a permanent magnet by forming a protection layer of a nonmagnetic material on the surface of the permanent magnet inserted into a rotor.;CONSTITUTION: A rotor core central shaft(101) is combined with a rotor core(100). A permanent magnet insertion slot(110) is radially arranged in a specific distance along a circumference direction of the rotor core. A nonmagnetic material protection layer(131) is arranged in the permanent magnet insertion slot. A first gap(151) is arranged in a space between the permanent magnet insertion slots. A second gap(153) is arranged in a space between the edges of the permanent magnet insertion slot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
