MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A FIBER REINFORCED PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER HAVING A CONNECTION SURFACE WITH EXPOSED FIBER CAPABLE OF BEING SECURELY CONNECTED BY A CONNECTION CONCRETE BETWEEN FIBER REINFORCED PRECAST MEMBERS
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced precast concrete member having a connection surface with exposed fiber is provided to expose fiber included in a fiber reinforced precast member to the outside of a connection surface in which a connection concrete is placed by facing each other.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced precast concrete member having a connection surface with exposed fiber includes the following steps: A fiber(10) is dropped in a direction which is perpendicular from the surface of a porous plate member(20) consisting of porous material having holes on the surface and in a state in which multiple fibers are stuck perpendicularly on one surface of the porous plate member. A porous plate member in which the fibers are stuck is arranged in the inner surface of the cast of a connection surface side forming a connection surface in a cast(200) so that a surface in which fibers are stuck faces the inner space of a cast. A cast is removed after a fiber reinforced concrete(150) is deposited in a cast.
