PURPOSE: An LED street light using solar and wind force equipped with a heat radiating structure is provided to equip a fan in a rotation center shaft of a wind force blade, thereby emiting the hot air to the outside easily.;CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation module(200) produces an electricity by wind power. A fan(240) emits internal air of a pillar(101) to the outside. A generator supporting plate is formed to penetrate a penetration hole in the center. A generator(220) produces an electricity by the rotation of the rotation center shaft.
