ACOUSTIC EMISSION DIAGNOSING DEVICE FOR A GAS CONTAINER USING A STOCHASTIC NEURON NETWORK AND A METHOD FOR DETECTING DEFECTS OF A GAS CONTAINER, CAPABLE OF SENSING ACOUSTIC EMISSION SIGNALS AND EXTRACTING THE CHANGES OF PROPERTIES IN THE SENSED ACOUSTIC EMISSION SIGNALS
ACOUSTIC EMISSION DIAGNOSING DEVICE FOR A GAS CONTAINER USING A STOCHASTIC NEURON NETWORK AND A METHOD FOR DETECTING DEFECTS OF A GAS CONTAINER, CAPABLE OF SENSING ACOUSTIC EMISSION SIGNALS AND EXTRACTING THE CHANGES OF PROPERTIES IN THE SENSED ACOUSTIC EMISSION SIGNALS
PURPOSE: An acoustic emission diagnosing device for a gas container using a stochastic neuron network and a method for detecting defects of the gas container are provided to enhance a user convenience by diagnosing the defects of the gas container attached to a vehicle, to determine the inspection timing, and to manage the gas container per grades.;CONSTITUTION: An acoustic emission diagnosing device(100) for a gas container(1) using a stochastic neuron network comprises a first acoustic emission signal sensor(110), a second acoustic emission signal sensor(120), a signal processing unit(140), and an analysis unit(160). The second acoustic emission signal sensor is attached to the outer central portion of a composite material(3), thereby sensing the acoustic emission signals. The first acoustic emission signal sensor is attached to the exterior bottom portion of a metallic liner(2) where the composite material is not arranged, thereby sensing the acoustic emission signals. The signal processing unit indicates the acoustic emission signals sensed by the first and second acoustic emission signal sensors with two or more acoustic emission variables among the number of hits, amplitude, energy, rise time, a count, duration, strength, a signal level, and an RMS(Root-Mean-Square). The analysis unit extracts properties thereof by analyzing the acoustic emission variables and determines the extent of damages to the gas container using the stochastic neuron network.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
