PURPOSE: A surface treating method using silicon dioxide external additives is provided to more quantitively and uniformly combines an external additive to a flowable particle by using a solution adsorption method, and to remarkably improve durability and flowability of particles. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating method using silicon dioxide external additives comprises: a reaction preparing step of adding bare particles to a second solvent in which silicon dioxide with an amino group is added, and dispersing the same; and a surface treatment step of reacting the solution with hydrochloric acid and glutaraldehyde. In the reaction preparing step the silicon dioxide with an amino group is manufactured by a step of purifying silicon dioxide through heat treatment at 300-500 C for 15-30 hours, and a step of manufacturing silicon dioxide with an amino group by reacting the silicon dioxide with a first solvent.
