PURPOSE: A high-weight and high-precision goniometer is provided to solve a problem that the precision of a device is rapidly decreased by the abrasion of a screw thread when transferring a material of high weight.;CONSTITUTION: A high-weight and high-precision goniometer(30) comprises a specimen part, a transferring part, and a correction unit. The specimen part includes a rotary transferring plate and a connection flange. A specimen is positioned on the rotary transferring plate and rotates. The connection flange is attached to the rotary transferring plate. The transferring unit transfers the specimen.
