PURPOSE: A cone penetration testing device for measuring the lateral resistance of a ground including a double tube hollow is provided to precisely measure the lateral resistance applied to an external cylinder by preventing interference on the vertical resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A cone penetration testing device for measuring the lateral resistance of a ground including a double tube hollow comprises a main rod(10), a cylindrical vertical rod(20), a cone penetration tip(30), a tube hollow type inner cylinder(40), a tube hollow type outer cylinder(50), and a horizontal resistance measuring unit. One end of the main rod is connected to a penetration device, and a load is applied to the main rod. The vertical rod vertically penetrates from the center of the other end of the main rod. The cone penetration tip is connected to the end of the vertical rod and penetrates into the ground. The inner cylinder accommodates the vertical rod while separately arranged at regular intervals from the end of the cone penetration tip and includes a ring-shaped protrusion along the outer periphery. The outer cylinder accommodates the inner cylinder. The horizontal resistance measuring unit is mounted on a surface of the inner cylinder and measures strain ratio.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
