PURPOSE: Freeze-dried fruit punch, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage on the nutrition and the shape of fruits by using the freeze-dried fruits. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of freeze-dried fruit punch comprises the following steps: mixing 25-35 parts of freeze-dried strawberry by weight, 16-24 parts of freeze-dried watermelon by weight, 8-12 parts of freeze-dried apple by weight, 8-12 parts of freeze-dried pear by weight, and 8-12 parts of freeze-dried melon by weight; and adding 8-12 parts of sugar by weight and the balance of soft drink into the mixture.
