PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial soil is provided to manufacture environmentally friendly soil by waste resource. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial soil comprises a step of manufacturing a first mixture by mixing sludge and water sludge; a step of manufacturing a second mixture by mixing dehydration sludge and polysilicon sludge to manufacture a second mixture; a step of manufacturing a third mixture by mixing the first and second mixtures and bottom ash; a step of manufacturing a fourth mixture by mixing incineration ash, flyash, and dust; a step of manufacturing a fifth mixture by mixing dolomite, dry plaster, or calcium oxide, and curing the same; a step of obtaining a sixth mixture by mixing waste soil and red mud; a step of mixing the sixth mixture and acid material to neutralize the mixture.
