PURPOSE: A heat radiation heat sink for a hybrid LED lamp and a heat radiation controlling method thereof are provided to improve heat radiation efficiency by controlling the flow speed in a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A film liner(10) and a heat conduction acryl interface elastomer(20) are stacked in order. A heat dispersion part(30) has a mounting function. The mounting function is formed in the lower part of the elastomer. A heat dispersion board is equipped with first and second mounting functions. The heat dispersion board has a structure connected to a central frame board at a right angle.
