摘要

PURPOSE: A methodology on reducing errors in determination of shape annealing function(SAF) for an ex-core detector of a nuclear power plant using a 3-dimensional monte carlo method is provided to reduce the error of calculation by using correlation with a neutron source. CONSTITUTION: An in-core detector(70) is arranged in a nuclear reactor core(10). The ex-core detector is arranged in a reactor cavity(50). A reactor structure is arranged between the in-core detector and the ex-core detector. A neutron source is arranged in the ex-core detector. Neutrons reach the nuclear reactor core.
