The present invention relates to a method for screening kinase that antagonizes calcineurin and regulates ovulation using RNA interference of a pretty little nematode. The screening method according to the present invention can be usefully used to uncover the mechanism of regulation of ovulation involved in calcineurin protein in pretty little nematodes. In addition, the screening method of the present invention can be usefully used to find a target material for a specific material in pretty little nematodes.
