PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly hybrid rainwater recycling system including an initial rainwater processing tank is provided to efficiently process initial rainwater including a lot of contaminants by combining a physical process and an environmentally-friendly process. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly hybrid rainwater recycling system(10) including an initial rainwater processing tank comprises water collecting facility(100), an impurities separation tank(200), a natural vegetation decomposition tank(300), a first water storage tank(400), a second water storage tank(600), water supply and drainage facility(700), and an initial rainwater processing tank(120). The impurities separation tank is installed in the rear of the water collecting facility and removes particle contaminants from rainwater collected from the water collecting facility. The natural vegetation decomposition tank is installed in the rear of the impurities separation tank and processes non-point contaminants discharged with the rainwater collected to the impurities separation tank. The first water storage tank is installed in the rear of the natural vegetation decomposition tank and comprises a membrane filtration washing unit. The first water storage tank stores the water processed in the natural vegetation decomposition tank. The second water storage tank is installed in the rear of the first water storage tank and stores the processed water processed in the membrane filtration washing unit. The water supply and drainage facility supplies the processed water of the second water storage tank as recycling water. The initial rainwater processing tank is installed in the rear of the water collecting facility and separately processes the initial rainwater flowing from the water collecting facility.
