PURPOSE: A three-dimensional depth information acquisition method and a device thereof are provided to easily generate three-dimensional image information by fusing depth information of an object with a two-dimensional image of the object acquired by a two-dimensional camera.;CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional depth information acquisition device acquires a first photography image photographing interference patterns generated on an object by a slit unit of a camera unit (S630). The device illustrates a plurality of bright patterns intermittently generated in the interference patterns with solid lines by image processing (S640). The device acquires depth information about pixel points in which the bright patterns are illustrated as the solid lines (S650).
