PURPOSE: A DTV(Digital TV) relay integrated control system, a method thereof, a relay installing module equipped with the same, and a smart phone are provided to monitor a broadcasting transmission state by analyzing MPEG-2(Moving Picture Experts Groups-2) TS(Transport Stream) data. CONSTITUTION: A relay installing module(110) distinguishes an error type as there is a TS data error. The relay installing module transmits command data. A smart phone(200) analyzes a transmission telephone number and the alarm command data transmitted from the relay installing module. The smart phone displays the DTV relay state. The smart phone controls the DTV relay in response to an operation of a remote controller.
