PURPOSE: An online steam generator tube leakage monitoring method of a light water reactor nuclear power plant using an ion analysis method and a monitoring system are provided to accurately monitor a leakage by analyzing the concentration of Li ions. CONSTITUTION: A sample tank collects and supplies a sample. A sample pump transfers the sample. A pre-filter (25) removes the impurities of the sample. A concentration column (27) concentrates the sample. A suppressor (29) facilitates the detection of ions.
