PURPOSE: A black shield manufacturing method for shielding the electronic wave of a portable terminal and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to reduce raw costs by printing a black shield compound on a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) sheet. CONSTITUTION: A black shield manufacturing method of shielding the electronic wave of a portable terminal includes a printing step (S210) and a hardening step (S220). A black shield compound including the mixture of silver paste and black ink is printed on an FPCB sheet. The FPCB in which the black shield compound is printed is hardened. The silver paste responds to a silver mixture or an ammonium carbamate system mixture. The hardening step is executed between150 degrees or 300 degrees.
