PURPOSE: A tension and compression complex anchor capable of performing the distribution of tension and compression complex stress is provided to contribute to the reinforcement and stabilization of an inclined surface including a deep soil layer by inducing the distribution of the loads with complex loading of the tension and compression complex anchor. CONSTITUTION: A tension and compression complex anchor capable of performing the distribution of tension and compression complex stress comprises a compression type anchor and a tension type anchor. The compression type anchor includes one or more anchor anchorage members, eccentricity prevention block, and a first strand and induces a compressive force to a grout member in a bored field. The anchor anchorage member is installed on an anchorage field of a ground bored hole. The eccentricity prevention block is installed in the lower part of the anchor anchorage member and prevents the anchor from being slanted to one side in the bored hole. The first strand is connected to the anchor anchorage member and is drawn out to a free field. The tension type anchor includes a second strand, a third strand, and an anchorage anchor connecting unit and induces a tensile force to the grout member. The second strand and the third strand are installed on one side of the compression type anchor in the bored hole and are located through the anchorage field and the free field. The anchor anchorage connecting unit separates or combines the second strand and the third strand.
