PURPOSE: A geochemistry data processing method and a system thereof are provided to generate suitable input data for analyzing mineral potentialities according to a distance value. CONSTITUTION: A geochemistry data classification module (100) generates a cycle of a predetermined diameter in a center part of an optical image and classifies a group as a section related to the optical image located in the cycle or as another section which is not related to the optical image located in the cycle. A distribution graph generating module (200) generates the distribution graph of the geochemistry data included in the related section and the regardless section by extracting the geochemistry data by estimating kernel density.
