PURPOSE: An android mobile application determining method, an identifying apparatus of an illegally copied android mobile application by using the same, and a method thereof are provided to identify an android mobile application through a comparison of feature points. CONSTITUTION: In case an identification object file has a zip file format, a determining unit (330) determines whether an intrinsic string of an android mobile application is included in the identification object file or not. The determining unit determines whether the identification object file is an android mobile application or not.
