PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold loaded with a hyaluronic acid-gelatin hydrogel is provided to increase the mechanical strength of an artificial bone and to implement a porous structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold loaded with a hyaluronic acid-gelatin hydrogel comprises the following steps: preparing a hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution by adding 0.5-2wt% of a hyaluronic acid solution to 10-20wt% of a gelatin solution; forming a biphasic calcium phosphate coating layer on a sponge by putting the sponge into biphasic calcium phosphate slurry and drying the slurry; manufacturing the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold by maintaining the sponge in a sintering furnace of 1,200-1,300 deg. C for 10 minutes; loading the hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution on the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold; and crosslinking the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold with the hyaluronic acid-gelatin solution.
