PURPOSE: A ubiquitous sensor network (USN) radio paging communication system aimed at preventing school violence is provided to perform action in emergency by utilizing a wireless mesh communication network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of mobile terminals (110) includes an emergency bell and a vibrating motor to be installed in a specific area for a user to carry it. A plurality of receivers (120), which are installed in several specific areas, performs wireless communication with the mobile terminal. A coordinator (130) controls the receivers. A main radio (150) is connected to a control computer (140). A secondary radio (160) communicates with the main radio. Identification numbers for each mobile terminal are stored and emergency signal is received by pressing the emergency bell so that the area where the receiver is installed is stored as an audio guidance message. The audio guidance message is output to the main radio and the vibrating motor of the mobile terminal vibrates so that the control computer monitors the mobile terminal periodically. Any one among 24MHz, 447MHz, and 900MHz is used as communication frequency band and an FSK method is used as a form of radio wave.
