PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a photo album is provided to facilitate manufacturing of the photo album and to make a harmless photo album. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a photo album comprises the following photo album background sheet manufacturing processes: coating one side or both sides of a background sheet (15) with films; and coating the background sheet with adhesive (17). The adhesive in the second step is formed by mixing 35-45 wt% of ethylene acid vinyl co-polymer, 16-23 wt% of acrylic copolymer, and 35-45 wt% of water. The photo album includes an inner sheet unit, a cover unit, and a sidewall part. The inner sheet unit comprises the following steps: coating one side or both sides of the background sheet with films; spreading the background sheet with adhesive; and laminating manufactured background sheets. The cover unit includes a front cover, a back cover, and a connection cover in which one side of the front cover and one side of the back cover are connected. The inner sheet unit is bound inside.
