PURPOSE: A red ginseng concentrate composition is provided to enable users to easily intake ginseng concentrate by effectively masking the bitter taste of red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A red ginseng concentrate composition contains ginseng concentrate, 3% of dextrin, and 2% of heated palatinose. The dextrin and heated palatinose are greater than 60 Brix. A food composition contains 0.1-99.9 parts by weight of red ginseng concentrate composition.
