PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy plate with excellent deep-drawing properties caused by asymmetry rolling is provided to obtain an aluminum alloy plate in which the mean plastic-strain ratio is remarkably excellent in comparison with an existing aluminum alloy plate.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy plate with excellent deep-drawing properties caused by asymmetry rolling includes the following steps of: primarily asymmetry-rolling an aluminum alloy at a reduction rate of 55-95% and annealing at a temperature of 300-550°C; and secondarily asymmetry-rolling or symmetry-rolling the aluminum alloy at a reduction rate of 15-25% and annealing at a temperature of 300-550°C. The mean plastic-strain ratio of the aluminum plate is increased by 1.21-2.13 times in comparison with an initial sample. The absolute value of Δr is lowered by 0.58-0.01 times.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
