PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for moisturizing and soothing containing azalea, apple flower, peony extracts is provided to enhance moisturizing and stimulation effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for moisturizing and soothing contains azalea, apple flower, and peony extracts as active ingredients. The azalea, apple flower, and peony are respectively contained at the mass ratio of 1-10 : 1-10 : 1-10 wt%. The cosmetic composition for moisturizing and soothing additionally includes a peach blossom extract. A cosmetic composition for skin irritation relaxation includes azalea, apple flower, and peony extracts as active ingredients. The azalea, apple flower, and peony are respective contained at the mass ratio of 1-10 : 1-10 : 1-10 wt%. The cosmetic composition for skin irritation relaxation additionally includes a peach blossom extract.
